Today was a two-WOD-day - 15 minutes prior to starting the workout shown in this video, I completed the following:
WOD1, For time:
150 double unders, 75 calorie row
100 double unders, 50 calorie row
50 double unders, 25 calorie row
Time: 11:54
SOME THOUGHTS on WOD1: after my recent DU debacles, I tried to just "go for it" today and keep going until I missed - today was a good day! 150 went 107/43. 100 went unbroken. 50 went 5/45. Very happy with the dub's today!
WOD2, 21-15-9 for time:
Hang Power Snatches (95lbs)
Box Jump Overs (24")
Handstand Pushups (kipping)
Time: 8:17
SOME THOUGHTS on WOD2: I had a very specific goal today...force myself to go unbroken on the HPS & the HSPU...even if I blow up, that's OK as this is training to see where I am! I honestly didn't know if I could do it, NOW I KNOW. I took quite a bit of rest before the HPS efforts as well as the HSPU efforts as I was really focusing on completing those movements unbroken.
Felt like a very successful day and built some confidence!

I used something similar to your flow of hang snatch, box jump overs, and HSPU (2 4 6 8 10 8 6 4 2) went unbroken on all but the last 2 HSPU - really? Had to be mental breakdown!😂 that was all after I did about 20+ minutes of random interval treadmill training from 5mph up to 10mph up and down for 1 min intervals. Keep posting these videos - good motivation for us amateurs! jgleich to semis!
